EPL 2009/10 Season - Week 23 Predictions

Last week we tipped better than expected tipping 5 of the 8 games correctly, yet we dropped down to 271th place overall on footytips.

This weeks sees 11 games, with games on every day from Saturday through to Tuesday - Sunday's game between Arsenal and Manchester United could go a long way to deciding who wins the Premiership

A-League 2009/10 Season - Round 24 Predictions

A better-than-average week last week - getting 3 of the 6 results correct, compared to the footytips site average of 1.4.  Yet we slipped down the ladder to 387th position overall so obviously those ahead of me must have tipped even better.

The A-League returns to a 5-game round for the rest of the season - with just 3 rounds to go let's hope we can get a few winenrs and climb up the ladder while we have the chance.

EPL 2009/10 Season - Week 22 Predictions

It was a good week for us last week in the EPL, getting 7 of the 11 results correct.  So while we dropped out of the 1% range in the A-Lague standings, we move up into it for the EPL, standingth overall on footytips.

This week we have 9 games, most of them seem clear-cut so with any luck we'll climb even higher on the ladder.

A-League 2009/10 Season - Round 23 Predictions

Again we performed worse than expected last round, only managing to get 2 fo the 6 tips correct.  We slip to 340th place on footytips, meaning we are now outside the top 1%.  Another hard luck story in the last game when we tipped Adelaide who were up 2-0 with less than 30 minutes left, only too see them get a red card and concede 3 quick goals to lose.

So this week sees another 6-game round, the only away team we tip are top-of-table Gold Coast against the Central Cost, though with the odds available on Central Coast we've actually bet on them.  Go figure.

EPL 2009/10 Season - Week 21 Predictions

A weather-interrupted round saw only 4 of the 12 scheduled games take place, and us only being good enough to get 1 of those games correct, and consequently drop down to 460th place overall on footytips.

Another 12 games within the next week, and with any luck they'll all get under way.  The only selection to raise eyebrows is Everton having twice the chance to win that Manchester City does.

A-League 2009/10 Season - Round 22 Predictions

EDIT: The predictions for Tuesday night's game between Adelaide and Perth has been updated to include the weekend resutls.

A disastrous week last week, managing only 1 of the 6 tips correctly to drop down to 243rd place overall on footytips. We couldn't even get our tip of Melbourne over a 10-men Newcastle home, so it's fair to say the stars weren't aligned for us last round.

Hopefully a better round is in store for us this week - we've tipped all the home teams so with any luck home-ground advantage will prevail.

EPL 2009/10 Season - Week 20 Predictions

The weekend predictions have been updated with the results of the Stoke vs Fulham game.  The Arsenal vs Bolton game was postponed due to weather

We tipped a decent 12 results from the 20 games over the New Year period, and hold level on 396th place overall on footytips.

This round sees 12 games played, with a couple of midweek games leading into the full 10 on the weekend.  The probs for the weekend games will be updated after the midweek games have been played, but don't expect too much to change for the 4 teams playing twice.
